I’ll let you in on a secret: great wedding planning—the kind that makes for enjoyable engagements and “Whoa—I’ve never seen anything like this!" parties—calls for a balance that’s hard to come by.

You need an experienced wedding planner who has the logistical skills and area connections to make the process seamless—and the personality to allow you to open up and be yourself.

Someone who knows how to perfect a timeline just as much as she knows how to get you on the dance floor without a care in the world. Someone who honors your vision while sharing the industry's best-kept secrets for elevating it to a whole new level. Someone who will plan the kind of celebration that leaves your family and friends raving...all the while knowing the true goal isn’t a one-time party, but a blissful foundation for a beautiful marriage.

YOUR KIND OF WEDDING PLANNER

YOU DON’T JUST DESERVE ANY WEDDING PLANNER. YOU DESERVE...

I founded Aisle Say Yes as a result of divine intervention (or what I like to call #SneakyJesus). I was planning my own wedding and fielding all of the advice about how I should “focus less on the wedding and more on the marriage.”

It sounded lovely, but—let’s be real—how realistic is that when you’re working a 9-5 and spending your free-time Googling what to spend on wedding flowers and wondering if your new-found Pinterest obsession is only slightly concerning or, like, super concerning?

It didn’t take long to realize I wanted to change the game for engaged couples—wedding planning felt like my calling. I’d been planning events my entire life, after all (ask me about my epic game nights). I was always the first person my friends consulted after getting engaged, and I had a serious knack for managing the many moving parts of a wedding meticulously: timelines, vendor selection, design, checklists—all of it spoke straight to my soul. I pretty much consider weddings my third language. (With parents from the Dominican Republic, Spanish was my first.)

I went on to become a certified wedding planner through The Bridal Society (the nation's leading wedding planning certification program) and founded Aisle Say Yes with the goal of helping couples focus more on their marriage...and less on scouring the internet for reputable vendors or dodging that one cousin begging for a plus-one.

Outside of being the kind of planner who gets just as excited about your wedding as you do (it’s true)—I’m a mom and wife who never turns down an opportunity to hit up a theme park (#hereforthefunnelcake) or take a Caribbean vacation where I can tap into my roots and flex my salsa skills. Most importantly (and since you absolutely asked), as a confectionery obsessionaire I prefer my sweets dipped in chocolate, sprinkled with chocolate and served—you guessed it—with more chocolate.

"My favorite part of this experience is that moment when I catch a glimpse of my couple on the dance floor letting loose. It brings me so much joy to know I provided the peace-of-mind that allowed them to fully embrace their day."

This short video gives you a glimpse into my approach, my personality and why being your wedding planner is pretty much my favorite thing.

No really, you should watch it.

As a certified wedding planner, I take my job incredibly serious—but I also ensure the process feels warm, welcoming and fun. I live for the kind of dance parties and laugh sessions that burn serious calories (you know the kind)—just as much as I geek out over timelines, lose myself in tablescapes and work hard so you can wedding hard.

Spreadsheet perfector,
confetti popper

With a job like yours, the last thing you want is a wedding planner who inundates you with unnecessary information and overwhelming tasks. (An ASY couple is a “Just call me when it’s time for the cake tasting” couple—you know what I’m saying?) I present you with only the very best options for your budget and vision—and always give honest advice over sugar-coated niceties. Here, there’s just as much focus on the journey as there is on the destination.

Your real-life
stress filter

You know when couples tell you they were too stressed about their wedding to actually enjoy it? Yeah, never here. Ours is a relationship that’s rooted in faith and trust—which leads to the best things and even better times. You bring the cause for celebration and the half-baked ideas—and I’ll pop those babies in the oven and bring the advocacy, expertise and action to see them through on your behalf…while you go on date nights and get down on the dance floor.

Professional
party starter

Nothing makes me smile quite like when a couple comes up to me at the end of the night and says, “Wow—we couldn’t have done this without you!” or, “We’re so happy we hired you!” It’s pretty much the best fuel ever (and I’m including chocolate in that list). Getting to use my gifts of leadership, creativity and organization to help you have an incredible experience with your family and friends brings me all of the joy in the world.
